Cutting radius in travertine tile with the Arcus® Masonry Blade

The Arcus® Masonry Blade is a Preiumum Turbo Diamond Circular Saw Blade. The cut is a 15" radius. A wet tile saw was used with the 7" blade and a shim was used so the contoured blade is away from the saw and will not rub. The curved blade cuts a 90 degree clean edge by adjusting bevel angel from 5-10 degrees, this saw bevel is set at 7 degrees. The curved blade cuts travertine, granite, marble, ceramic porcelain and various stone tile, veneer, stone and brick. This Mexican travertine tile was cut at Louisville Tile / www.louisvilletile.com.
